Before upgraded :End user use semi-automatic coiler and needs to discharging and packaging manually, and pipe coiling speed cannot reach extrusion line speed, end user have to reduce production efficiency. Customized requirement: enduser required wide range of wall thickness of pipe:

· Very thick wall thickness:  wall thickness of ф32 pipe exceeds 5mm, which requires high tension control of automatic coiling and bundling of the pipe.

· Very thin wall thickness: minimum wall thickness of Ф32 pipe is only 2mm. Under the limited inner diameter of the coiling, it is necessary to ensure no coiling deformation, which has special requirements for coiling design and program control.


Solution: Basic on the standard automatic coiler ,LlANSU offered a customized fully automatic coiler to meet the coiling requirement of "extra thick" and "extra thin" pipes , equipped with on line PP strapping automatic packaging and automatic discharging functions. Coiler adopts a full servo system and laser ranging closed-loop tension control, and the servo packaging head "arrow-through" PP strap packaging method ensures that within the minimum coiling radius, the pipes are neatly arranged and beautiful, and the coiling speed reaches more than 50m/min, which greatly improves the customer's production capacity and reduces labor costs.




Automatic coiling: improving efficiency and precision

Double-station design can provide customers with two sets of coiling devices working alternately, reducing the downtime of core replacement and improving production efficiency. The coiling adopts closed-loop tension control to adapt different production speeds of customers, and is equipped with automatic pipe clamping, cutting and roll changing devices to reduce manual operations, improve production safety and efficiency, and reduce labor costs.


Bundling and packaging: ensuring perfect product protection

The equipment uses an advanced servo motion control system to bundle pipes, and automatically feeds and tightens the straps to ensure firm and beautiful. In addition, the bundling unit uses PLC control, has an anti-slip function, and is equipped with a strap storage component to achieve intelligent and efficient bundling operations, improve efficiency, and facilitate pipe storage and transportation.


Automatic unloading: ensuring the safe unloading of bundled pipes

After the PP strapping is completed, the robot automatically unloads the bundled pipes to the ground. In addition, the equipment is equipped with a heavy-duty unloading arm that can bear a maximum load of 60kg and adopts a flexible unloading method to prevent the pipes from falling and damaging the surface.
