Customer Need
Due to the poor fluidity of the powder material in PVC plastic pipes production, it is easy to cause material flushing and bridging problem, resulting in product quality problems. In addition, the customer requires to add powder, crushing, masterbatch and cleaning materials to extruder, which increases production difficulty and traditional formula handling method cannot meet the needs of high flexible production.
Solution
Liansu offered the solution of extruder with automated online weighing and mixing system. The system is installed on the extruder and adopts combination of "powder loss in weight feeder " + "granular loss in weight feeder " to achieve online weighing and mxing without traditional high speed mixing, making more accutate weighing control and better pipe quality. And It also saved 2%of raw materials consumption, bringing significant energy saving and cost advantages.
And Liansu also provided customer with complete 450PVC pipe production solution. The production line adopts parallel twin screw extruder with a large diameter ratio screw and the unique screw design improves the effect of mixing and plasticizing. Pipe head adopts bracket structure, and the production specifications are large to ensure plasticization quality. Vacuum control can freely adjust the real vacuum without stop cleaning and it has accurate water level and automatic control system of water temperature. Haull-off unit is controlled by servo with pneumatic clamping, and the caterpillar pressure can be controlled separately to facilitate the control of the pipe. Planetary cutting machine provides uniform and accurate cutting. Socket machine is equipped with dual heating system to support online or offline of U type and flat socket.
