Extrusion line adopt two parallel twin screw extruders, with 36 L/D screw design, which has good performance of high output and low energy consumption, better handles materials with high viscosity and large melting loss, has good compound effect, optimizes material fluidity, and improves product quality. The upstream of Extruder is equipped with 5+3 Mconvey loss-in-weight feeders, materials realized online weighing and dosing, 5 sets for inner and extrernal layers of solid pipe extrusion, and 3 sets are for foam layer extrusion, ensure quantitative feeding to extruder after online mixing, so as to ensure stable material conveying without bridging and flushing.
Liansu developed dedicated pipe head and distributor design for PVC Foam Core Pipe, ensure high output and stable temperature control.The pipe head is designed through simulation to ensure uniform flow channel distribution and ensure the consistency of foaming effect.
