Die Head




The UPVC pipe  head design by Liansu can adapt to various   formula  material. With accurate temperature control system and melt flow channel distributed optimized design,  ensures the quality of the pipe. The die head of the  PVC pipe adopts multi-layer spreader supporting structure, suitable for handling of  the temperature sensitive  material.


After starting up, the machine enters into stable production status quickly, which will greatly save the raw material, enhance the production efficiency and lower the labor intensity; the PVC pipe die head designed by Liansu has the features of simplicity and accuracy when in  operation：
  • The positioning bolt is convenient for assembling all zones of the pipe die head quickly and accurately;
  • The dedicated wrench used in dissembling large pipe die head has realized unified setting torque fastening bolts;
  • Mandrel design adopts subsegment adjusting design, reducing the overall adjusting time and ensuring the accurate pre-adjusting before starting up. Accelerate the whole line production entering into the stable status, save more raw material.


Optimized temperature control and flow channel design

  • The processing of pipe head manufactured by Liansu ensures the pipe quality and the accuracy of pipe dimension;
  • Wide flow channel design ensures the max extrusion output and  melt having sufficient staying time inside the die head, so as to eliminate the temperature differences of the melt;
  • treamline optimized design spreader ensures the material flow pass smoothly and evenly;
  • Well-designed mandrel promotes more balanced melt pressure inside the die head；
  • These designs ensures the fully melt condition after flowing through the spreader.


Accurate melt temperature control

  • Adopt independent controlled heating band, ensure the accuracy of each heating zone on the die head.



Vacuum Tank

Aiming at large caliber pipe, the vacuum tank adopts double chamber structure, with arc supporting plate, the forming quality has been promoted quickly；


Water pump system adopts circulating water inside the tank, cooling water recycling,

equipped with bi-directional quick-change filtering system.


Spray Tank

Water temperature auto control system, improve the forming efficiency of the pipe, saving the manual control time, improve the efficiency;


Adopt high pressure spraying, dense nozzle distribution,  pipe forming quickly and efficiently.


Haul-off Unit

Adopt eight caterpillar haul-off unit, when produce small pipe, use four caterpillar clamping, energy-saving and high-efficient. Optional to winch device , reduce the hauling pipe.



Cutter

Improved planetary cutter, reliable, durable, high sealing effect, good swarf suction effect, low noise;


Adopt multi-point pneumatic clamping principal, fastening the PVC pipe, stable cutting with good chemfer effect;

Clean cut, uniform chamfer and smooth internal and external wall of the pipe.


LSK-800B Socketing Machine

Socket machine with double heating position, internal and external heating of the pipe,

ensuring accurate size of pipe, and guarantee the socket  quality.
