The material is heated and melted through the extruder and extudes to die head, then produced to various plastic products after vacuum cooling and downstream equipment. Liansu extruder series are mainly divided into single-screw extruder and twin-screw extruder according to different materials, applications, product structures, performance requirements, production capacity, etc.
Single-Screw Extruder
lt is suitable for producing plastic pipe products of PP/PPRHDPE, ABS, and granular PVC. The screw diameter range is from 30~150mm, production capacity covers different models of 5kg/h to1400kg/h. Extruder with different screw L/D ratios are matched according to different materials process requirements, and production capacity. Liansu single-screw extruder for HDPE/PPR adopts self-developed 40 L/D screw design with spiral feed bush to ensure high output meanwhile stable melting temperature. In addition the extruder is equipped with permanent magnet servo motor to save energy consumption, matched latest FLEXCON+ control system integrates PLC control + production process data collection and analysis.
Twin-Screw Extruder
lt is suitable for producing plastic soft and rigid PVC pipes,profiles and sheet, films. LIANSU twin screw extruder mainly focus on plastic pipe extrusion, the extruder is divided into two models, one is conical twin-screw extruder and another one is parallel twin-screw extruder. Different models application according to different PVC mixtures and performance requirements. The conical twin-screw extruder covers size from LSE35~LSE95 with production capacity of 75kg/h to 1100kg/h, the parallel twin-screw extruder cover LSPD75~LSPD130 with production capacity of 350~1200kgh. The diameter range of PVC pipes is 16~1000mm. The Twin-screw extruder has high production efficiency and better handling high-viscosity and melting loss materials, good compound effect, optimize material fluidity, and improve product quality. And the parallel twin extruder adopts 36 L/D screw barrel design to increase production capacity and reduce production costs.
