LIANSU has over decade experience on the R&D and manufacturing of HDPE multi-layer co-extrusion pipe lines,which cover the size range from OD20 to 1600mm,and OD≤630mm,the pipe thickness can reach＜SDR9, OD＞630mm, the pipe thickness can reach SDR17 & SDR11, suitable for different application of casing pipe and pressure pipe for water and gas pipe as well. Integrated Gravimatric System

Equipped with Mconvey equipment for accurate online weighing, mixing and feeding, and integrated with PLC of extrusion line, ensure accuracy weighing control and easy operation. The gravimetric system is equipped with loss-in-weight feeder for main material, accurately control the output of the extruder, and gravimatric doser to achieve flexible online color feeding. 

Extruder

Adopts latest optimized design of 40LD high-efficiency single-screw extruder, guarantee high output and constant melt temperature.

Melt Cooler

Pipe OD over 800mm or above and pipe thickness reach 80mm or above, LIANSU offer melt cooler device(patented product)  in between extruder and pipe head, efficiency to reduce material melt temperature and minimize melt sagging inside pipe head to ensure uniform wall thickness.

Pipe Head

Multi-layer Coextrusion

Adopts spiral pipe head design to precisely control the material flow of each layer of pipe, even and stable material flow of each channel preventing delamination, poor material bonding, or uneven thickness.

External layer coextrusion

Spiral structure pipe head design, ensure the uniform thickness of extrernal layer coextrusion, and adopts vacuum technology inside pipe head and keep the external layer well attached with inner pipe.

Vacuum Tank

Vacuum negative pressure closed loop control to ensure the constant vacuum degree of production.

Haul off

Servo-controlled system of caterpillar and winch device, ensure perfect synchroniztion and reliable haul off for different size and thickness, greatly reduce waste from startup and production.

Cutter

LIANSU automatic swarfless cutter, realized one bottom on-line   automatic diameter and thickness change, time saving and accurate.
