Silicon coextrusion tube

Compared with other materials of telecommunication duct, Silicon coextrusion tube has obvious advantages, and is currently the world's most advanced fiber optic cable sheath telecommunication duct. Silicon coextrusion tube is a new type of composite tube with silicone gel solid lubricant on the inner wall, the main raw material of the tube is high-density polyethylene (HDPE), and the core layer is the solid lubricant of silicon gel with the lowest friction coefficient. It has good sealing performance, chemical corrosion resistance, low engineering cost, and is widely used in optical cable communication network systems such as highways and railways. According to the use of the form it can be divided into single tube and bundle tube.


Corrugated Optical Duct

Corrugated Optical Duct (COD) consists of multiple internal micro-silicon core pipes and HDPE outer pipe as a whole. The outer pipe has single corrugated structure to improve the bending and compression resistance of the pipe.


Bundled micro duct

Microduct Tube Bundle is composed of multiple micro-silicon core pipes sheathed in HDPE pipe with a thickness of 1-3mm, providing a variety of hole combinations as required, and each communication cable is separated and independent of each other.

The extruder adopts separate mixing screw design, which makes the plasticizing and mixing effect better. In addition, the mold is equipped with the latest spiral distributor and reasonable flow channel design, in which the melt is evenly distributed and the temperature is constant, making the wall thickness of the extruded products more uniform and also ensuring that the thickness of the inner silicon core layer is suitable for the design requirements, which better controls the cost of the products.


High synchronization

The control of each equipment is highly synchronized to ensure smooth production. Both haul-off and cutting machine adopt synchronized servo speed control with wide speed range to ensure the synchronization of pipe extrusion speed and cutting trolley follow-up. The winding/unwinding machine with tension adjustment function automatically adjusts the winding speed and synchronizes it with the production line speed.


Cost saving

In order to reduce the cost of on-site construction, Liansu Machinery equips supporting large-size bundle pipe winding machine, with a maximum winding length of 1,000 meters for the 110 size, which reduces on-site connection of pipes and lowers the cost.
