Flexible tension control
The coiler uses ultrasonic sensors to flexibly adjust the winding speed to achieve stable tension control and avoid the corrugated pipe being pulled and stretched during the winding process.
Small inner diameter of winding
The inner diameter of the coiler adopts full servo automatic adjustment. The minimum inner diameter can be adjusted within 200 mm, and the inner diameter switching is simple and fast.
Full servo control, fast and accurate wiring
Full servo dual-station winding, all drives adopt advanced servo motion control system, controlled by specific electronic cam curve, and use overall baffle to make the winding and wiring neat, beautiful and smooth.
