This project case we are going to introduce hereunder is located in East Africa, mainly producing PVC, PPR pipes and injection molding fittings for pipes. At present, the first phase of the project has been successfully delivered to the customer.

Overview：
The project is a new plastic pipe factory, mainly producing PVC, PPR pipes and plastic fittings. Liansu provides customers with one-stop turnkey project services from preliminary capacity planning, plant layout, equipment matching to mid-term water and electrical settings, personnel allocation, as well as later water and electricity construction, equipment installation and commissioning, and personnel training.
Equipment Composition：
Upstream: power generation system, water and electrical system, cooling system, including auxiliary equipment: air compression equipment, crusher, pulverizer, loading machine, PVC mixing and extrusion feeding system.
Extrusion equipment: PVC pipe extrusion line, PPR pipe extrusion line, PPR pelletizing line.
Downstream: Socket machine
Design and Planning
Consideration of customer's demand and industrial backgroundand labor skill in the local market, we provide local plastic pipe production plant planning, equipment support, and complete water and electrical installation and commissioning services. From extrusion equipment configuration to energy management, we can meet customer needs and adapt to future development.
Installation, commissioning and training services
Consideration of the low skill level of local production staff, we sent professional and experienced engineers and technicians to the local for installation, commissioning and training guidance to ensure that the local staff can operate the equipment and understand the production process, so as to ensure the smooth progress of production.
Commissioning and optimization
To ensure all equipment and systems are well running , our engineering technicians are constantly optimizing and commissioning the production process on site to ensure successful project delivery.
With the joint efforts of the customer and our team, the project was completed and delivered in October, and the customer's factory is now in production.
