Liansu extruder series are mainly divided into single-screw extruder and twin-screw extruder according to different materials, applications, product structures, performance requirements, production capacity, etc.


Single-Screw Extruder

It is suitable for producing plastic pipe products of PP/PPR, HDPE, ABS, and granular PVC. The screw diameter range is 30~150mm, and the production capacity covers different models of 5~1400kg/h.  The extruder models with different L/D ratios are matched according to different materials, process requirements, and production capacity. The Liansu single-screw extruder for HDPE/PPR adopts self-developed 40 L/D spiral feed bush to ensure high output and stable melting temperature before material extrusion. In addition, the extruder is equipped with permanent magnet servo motor to save energy consumption. The FLEXCON+ control system integrates PLC control + production process data collection and analysis.

Twin-Screw Extruder

It is suitable for producing plastic pipes of soft and hard PVC mixed materials. The extruder is divided into conical twin-screw extruder and parallel twin-screw extruder. Different models are matched according to different PVC mixtures and performance requirements. The conical twin-screw extruder covers LSE35~LSE95 with production capacity of 75-1100kg/h, and the parallel twin-screw extruder cover LSPD75~LSPD130 with production capacity of 350~1200kg/h. The diameter range of PVC pipes is 16~1000mm.The Twin-screw extruder has high production efficiency and better handling high-viscosity and melting loss materials. They can also mix materials and additives, optimize material fluidity, and improve product quality. And the parallel twin extruder adopts 36 L/D screw barrel design to increase production capacity and reduce production costs.

During the production and manufacturing of the extruder, Liansu selects high-quality materials and spare parts, and each component is professionally designed, manufactured and precision assembled  The screw, barrel and bushing are the plasticizing parts of the extruder and are the core parts related to the plasticization, dispersion, physical properties of the material and the production capacity. They are designed and manufactured by Liansu with a number of patents. We can provide suitable screw solutions according to customers' specific production requirements, and provide professional thread element/barrel bushing material suggestions based on the wear and corrosion of materials  and recommend the most cost-effective material applications.
