Recently Liansu finished the commissioning of DWP corrugated pipe project in East Europe. Liansu provides to end user with full-process equipment from upstream material conveying, mixing and dosing---corrugated pipe extrusion --- downstream online socket and packaging. The Project has been successfully inspected and put in production.
Automated Mixing and Dosing System
Automated mixing & dosing system is configured to the extrusion line, included material processing of mixing storage, conveying, and dosing. which can be guarantee a stable production of corrugated pipes.
Efficiency Corrugated Pipe Production Line With Online Socket
The project include PVC single-wall corrugated pipe extrusion line and size range from OD 90~800mm HDPE double wall corrugated pipe extrusion lines and equipped with online socket, improve the line speed and ensure the stable quality of ring stiffness of socket end.
