System Configuration & Centralized Control

1. Advanced Twin-Screw Extrusion & Dual-Strand Die Head

Adopts parallel twin-screw extruder with two strand pipe head. Screw segmentation is specifically designed for OD63–160mm pipes, enabling synchronized melt extrusion for both cavities. This ensures uniform wall thickness at high production speeds while meeting pressure pipe performance requirements.

2. Independent Dual-Chambers Cooling & Vacuum Sizing

Cooling adopts independently dual chambers and dual pumps. Vacuum level, water level, and water temperature can be adjusted separately, allowing each pipe cooling independently.

3. Downstream Haul-Off, Precision Cutting & Online Socketing

The downstream adopt double strand three-caterpillar haul off unit with planetary cutter, suitable for OD63–160mm pipe production. An optional online socketing enables continuous cutting and socketing operations.

4. Smart Centralized Control with Flexcon+ System

The entire PVC double pipe extrusion line is integrated with LIANSU’s proprietary Flexcon+ control system:, providing centralized management of extrusion, cooling, pulling, and other process parameters. It supports data collection, analysis, and equipment maintenance functions.
