Case introduction, customer is a PVC conduit tube manufactuer. Before upgrade, workshop used the old material handling system which has lots of problems of material feeding with low efficiency. New upgrade system , customer require to improve production efficiency and factory environment. Mconvey provides customized automated powder material handling system, covering the full process automation from ton bag feeding, conveying, weighing and mixing.
Automatic feeding
The system realizes convenient feeding from ton bags to feeding equipment through jumbo bag discharging station, greatly reducing manual intervention, reducing labor intensity, and ensuring efficient and convenient feeding process.
Multi-component accurate weighing and dosing
The system is equipped with negative pressure weighing scales and powder formula feeder to ensure accurate weighing of multi-component powders, thereby improving the overall product quality stability of the production line. In addition, it is equipped with a combination of six online powder loss-in-weight feeders to achieve accurate online addition of a variety of trace powders, helping customers meet their efficient and high-quality production needs.
Efficient Mixing
The high-speed compound mixer in the system can evenly mix a variety of powders and additives, ensuring the consistency and uniformity of the mixed materials, thereby improving the quality and production capacity of the final product.
Vacuum conveying
Vacuum pipeline conveying is used to ensure that the powder maintains stable fluidity during the entire conveying process. This system not only improves the conveying efficiency, but also effectively prevents the loss and pollution of the powder.
Intelligent control
The entire feeding system is managed through an intelligent control platform (SCADA system). The operators can monitor and adjust feeding, conveying, weighing,dosing and mixing in real time to ensure efficient operation and accutate control of the production line.
With the automated powder material handling system, the stability of powder conveying and mixing for the customer has been greatly improved, reducing customer labor costs and labor intensity, significantly improving production efficiency, and achieving higher production capacity and quality control.
