Hereunder we will show our recent delivery of LSFP-32 Four-Strand PVC Conduit Pipe Production Line  to an Asian client. Designed for Ø16–Ø32mm PVC electrical conduits, this PVC conduit pipe manufacturing machine features four strand pipe head, integrated online socketing and automatic strapping. With a max extrusion capacity of 450 kg/h, the line significantly reduces post-extrusion manual labor.

LSFP-32 Four-Strand PVC Conduit Pipe Production Line Core Configuration:

• Extrusion System

Conical Twin screw extruder with bracket-type four-strand die head. The optimized segmented screw design ensures synchronized four-pipe extrusion and stable wall thickness, even at high speeds. This four-strand extrusion system is designed for efficient PVC conduit pipe manufacturing.

• Online socketing

The Four-strand socketing machine with integrated PLC/touchscreen control delivers stable socket dimensions and clean ends. Pipes then feed directly to strapping—no buffer storage or manual handling required.

• Automatic Strapping

Pipes from the socketing are fed directly to the strapping machine for aligning, grouping, positioning, and PP strapping. The system auto-calculates strap positions according to pipe length, with adjustable count and spacing. Fast, tool-free changeovers support a wide range of pipe sizes.

After commissioning by the customer
