Closed-loop tension control, synchronized line speed

Equipped with a closed-loop tension system, the machine automatically adapts to speed variations of upstream equipment and maintains consistent coiling tension at all times.

6 even strapping cycles & Total cycle: 130 s

6 uniform PP strap bindings with flatness ≤ 2%. The full cycle from coiling to strapping and unloading takes around 130 seconds, matching high-speed extrusion lines upstream.

Lifting frame – no pipe drop during reel change

During automatic reel change and coiling pause, the lifting pipe storage unit lifts up to hold pipes quickly. This prevents pipes from touching the ground, keeping surfaces clean and avoiding wrinkles or bends.
